The 21st Century of the Education Reform & Obama Stimulus Education Plan (OSEP)

The author designed a stimulus education plan to assist students in the world where need be to help students become successful. This is a  reform plan  that will create new jobs, challenge the education system, open doors of opportunities, restore prosperity and progress  in the world.   

The main recommendation of this pilot plan is that the student be strongly encouraged to indicate the efforts and attempts made to resolve a particular problem. Actually, the system is not meant in anyway to encourage Laziness on the part of the students.

or in anyway a maximization of the profit on the part of the company.

It is recommended here as plot plan with the hope that this would be tested in Kenya,  USA ,Cameroon, France, Germany, England, Russia, Indonesia, India, Argentina, Brazil, Israel, China, Japan, South Africa,Ghana, Australia,Marocco,Mexico ... Why not elsewhere in the world where need be.

Given the cultural differences between countries as well as the differences in educational setting, this is not  expected to be a fit-all plan. In effect, there is need to take into the account the cultural realities of each country both in the testing and implementation of this plan and adjusting this to meet the special needs of each setting .
