Roxanne Birney’s inspirations in cooking are from her grandmothers, Hannah and Catherine, and her mother Marlease. She learned from them in their kitchens in those early childhood years. As an adult she married Kevin who graduated with a Restaurant and Hotel Degree from
Delicious recipes are a part of her DNA. Roxanne cooked professionally as a young mother. Her husband Kevin and cousin Chef Danny ventured in together at a local eating establishment, “Clematis Street Café.” The café’ desserts were made by Roxanne and her signature carrot cake was first recognized by their daily patrons.
