About the Author
Ali Abdul-Rahim was born in Safad, Palestine, on January 18th 1931. At the age of 17 he became a stateless refugee as a result of the 1948 Arab/Israeli war. He has faced cancer twice, at 18 and 76 years old. He struggled financially, physically and emotionally just to survive yet with the love and support of his wife, he raised 4 sons and educated them to university level in the West, fulfilling his dream that they have the best possible chance to lead successful, happy lives and careers. He spent his professional life working with influential political leaders, dignitaries and Royal family members from both the West and the Middle East. The experiences he has had and witnessed first hand in the past 62 years make for compelling reading in this, his life story.
