What most religions take about is faith. We have to have faith that god is real. But if you think about it that is all but impossible for us as humans to do. Think about it, really, I have little faith that I will even make the bills at the end of the week or that the layoffs in my company will not affect me. What could I have done different? Who would I be if that did not happed to me?
This next leads me to the question on how do I move forward in my life to insure that the past does not reflect on my future. The pasture asked me one day to tell him who I am. I of course blown away with the question and somewhat offended by it. I told him that I had been going to the church for almost two years and I am a volunteer on Wednesday nights for security. But as I look back that response was not really what he was looking for. The question was a door that he opened to allow me to testify about who I am and how god has influenced my life.

It is about each individuals path as they walk through life and face hard obstacles they do not know how to get out of.
About the Author
I was brought up hard and at the age of 14 was left to travel life alone with nothing to look forward to. As I begged for each day to bring me death I struggled through life to grow and learn about life and the meanings behind what takes place. Now I am a happy father of two boys who I pass my good parts too guiding them in a path of right.
