About the Book

The Wild Bunch is the third volume in the series, The Sweet Smell of Rotten Eggs in which five grandchildren, ages eight to ten, arrive to spend summer vacation with Grandpa and Grandma Christie on their cattle ranch in Oregon. Thieves, an Indian ceremony, a lost child, a helicopter crash cattle rustlers, and Bigffoot appear in the tale, with lessons in honesty and obedience. Jon, Will, Wyatt, Brittany and Carly learn lessons about life, and other issues which will add to molding their characters as they approach adulthood. They experience fear, joy, sadness, and excitement as their adventures unfold.

About the Author

After thirty years in law enforcement, and training anti-terrorist forces, while at the same time raising cattle, Ed retired to Oregon with his wife, Jane, lovingly referring to her as the war department, who keeps him in line. The have six children and twenty two grandchildren.
