Africa in the Ancient World and Today

There is one thing I have discovered during my confinement to bed by illness. To many people the earth started with their ancestors or religion or victory and coquest at war. They fail to realise that the world had been here long before the periods they talk about and several events had taken place long before their time. They present long-standing problems as though their opponents are intruders from some sort of planet to chuck them out of their land that God made and gave to them. They forget that their contenders may have genuine claim to the same land. They fail to note that what was acquired by conquest through violence and war can be recovered by war and violence. Equally the creator has not spoken to anyone or recruited any believer to fight a holy war for Him. We have to abandon recent past and its emotions but concentrate on the problems we face in our life time. We must genuinely embrace each other to acquire peace. Peace is productive and inclusive and not destructive or exclusive. Bk ID 63229 Au ID 871158
