Prove To Me That God Exists Long ago In my childish curiosity I did a little experiment To find out if God exists I put a piece of cloth With water in a saucer And I prayed If you exist Let me find ash in this saucer In the morning when I wake up. I woke up the next morning With some excitement To see if God had proved His existence Of course there was no ash Just a piece of cloth in water In a saucer I had to learn a number of spiritual Truths Before God proved to me His existence and then I realized that God will prove himself To anyone at the time They most need this truth Time Time helps For the time being anyway Because in time Life ebbs and flows And the pendulum swings Up down up down Low points will be Followed by high points And when time stops Thank God it will be In heaven

About the Book
This book is meant for everyone, young or old, Christian or not. It is not a preaching to the converted but an engagement with the world. The poems in it have come to me over several years and in one poem I write:
After I had attempted to read the Bible from Genesis to Revelations,
And after I had studied the major and the minor prophets
And after I had studied a few courses in theology at college
I came to the conclusion that the word of god is very good
And could get me out of all sorts of trouble.
About the Author
This book is inspired by love of humanity and God and the way God loves his creation. The reader should expect a shuttle through my own experience of the love and power of God in my life, which power and love is also available for all his children. He will experience the absolute glory of heaven which is my fervent hope that he or she is destined for if only he or she will accept God in his or her life. I am a living example of what God can do in a person’s life and this realisation of the activity of God in lives has come to me from much reading of all sorts of literature of other peoples' experiences of God and from much reading of the Bible.
