Reiki is Life force energy. Energy is natural.

Reiki was founded over two thousand years ago and is still used today on a worldwide reach to induce ‘healing’.

The Grand Master Dr Mikao Usui rediscovered Reiki in the 19th century in Japan.

It is a unique and ancient method to energize your day-to-day living to raise Self-awareness and develop Spirituality.

When used as guided/taught, it helps in various forms of healing:

- unblocks struggles of life

- energizing effects

- mental, emotional and physical healing

Reiki is also known as ‘hands-on’ healing, a simple technique of transferring energies from a giver to receiver.

In my book, I have quoted some of my student’s experiences after sitting a class or after therapy. From the onset, the feelings and experiences of the practitioners are mentioned in the book. Most of the times feelings of ‘awakening’ is reported. You become focused in life. Inner peace and calm is experienced. Like any spiritual stance you take, Reiki is used with respect and therapeutic belief. Reiki has a new perspective in many forms of holistic and spiritual healing. Reiki cures on all levels of emotional, mental, physical and ‘karma’ healing.

With regular practice of Reiki an individual experiences enlightenment, awareness and knowledge. You understand that all beings are ‘one’ and from one source. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassion and love towards everyone without discrimination.

Reiki brings balance into your life with abundance and love for others. Practitioners often report ‘Letting-go’ of fears.

The only pre-requisite is the desire to be healed. Research has shown that even when no ‘cure’ takes place in an ailment, the recipient of Reiki energy healing often senses inner peace and calm.

It simultaneously treats the spiritual and mental cause of an illness as well as physical body.

These healing energies are to be experienced to be precisely understood.

Though medical diagnosis is important for a treatment, a patient may require medicine or surgery, but spiritual belief also helps in curing you faster and with positivity, hence less suffering than those who do not believe in any spiritual consciousness.

Today Science too believes in alternative therapies. Research has shown that people who attend religious or faith services, once a week or more, live on an average, seven years longer than those who do not at all.

Nowadays doctors and medical teams do attend conferences, seminars and the like on faith and healing in increasing numbers. Everyone has spirituality in them. It is basically what gives your life meaning. Believing in itself, is as though you have already received the power of healing. Science too is finding evidence that faith heals.

Through ‘Kerlain photography’ it has been proved what mystics have known for centuries – that every living body possesses a luminous aura around it. It is a unique method to log on to the ‘etheric’ field. A study of this healing is accomplished by taking photographs of a person before and after a healing process, on this energy field.
