About the Book
"Reflections Of The Soul" will inspire and provoke thoughts and vivid images in the minds of its readers. About the Author
Ronald E. Hignite was born in North Carolina and grew up in Connersville, Indiana. After high school, he moved with his family to Greenville, North Carolina where he attended East Carolina University. There he obtained his BA Degree in Spanish and English and his MAED in Administration.
He began teaching English at Fork Union Military Academy in Fork Union, Virginia and shortly after moved back to northeastern North Carolina where he spent most of his educational career in teaching and school administration.
His earlier readings of the English poets, Byron, Shelley, and Keats, motivated him to write his own poetry. He has entered a number of poetry contests and has had several of his poems published.
