This thing was still walking towards us. It quickened its pace, all of a sudden. My heart was pounding. My brain was racing for a solution; a way out of my predicament, but there was no visible way out. No direction to run. All directions were occupied by these things.
We were still behind this big cargo door and this thing was coming at us from the only direction that wasn't overwhelmed with these strange looking creatures.

W. Marie Dauntain was born in 1962 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She grew up in New York City; and as an adult ventured to California, which is her home now.
Dauntain started out writing poems and poetry as a little girl and had a nack for drawing which she picked up from her mother. She loved to read and as a young adult, she started writing her own short stories.
At an early age, Dauntain was known as a deep thinker with a unique style for getting across her message.
As an adult she wrote several books and settled on "Dreams or Reality" as her debut novel. Dreams or Reality is sure to be of great interest to readers.
