INTRODUCTION          High-end condominiums, skyscrapers, opulent shopping malls, amber waves of misdistributed grain, military and profit based technological wizardry, are most certainly not the wisest measure of qualitative  human development, harmony and morality. And just as certain, these ends can by no stretch of rationale justify the unscrupulous historical means through which they’ve come--  and are contemporarily maintained. From this error and illusion of thought comes the underlying collective mindset that makes to us here in America our present day social order not only acceptable, but gloatingly superior; and us so determinedly averse (or senselessly complacent) to change or any form of opposition. Historically and contemporarily, the disruption and devastation wrought upon human evolution and the peoples of the world by the inherent excessive and imperial nature of Western culture and Capitalism, are beyond verbal measure or description; centuries of episodes so numerous and intertwined as to require encyclopedic volumes to document and inter-relate, which we will, in a most demanding literary venture, attempt to convincingly condense in the pages ahead.

          This book may, at this time,  be beyond the range of the average reader. Its focus is mainly directed to those that will take the reins of change. The suffering, inequities and confusion enveloping our world-- a mere 8,000 mile diameter sphere of life-structuring elements, minerals and fragile biosphere-- even more so than conflict between nations and ideas, is a result of the conflict within nations. This is the class struggle that Marx and Engels so ominously forecast. The lumpen and proletariat however, due to  the omnipre- sence of electronic and institutional indoctrination and conditioning (or illiteracy), are collectively stupefied, deeming them blind to the nature of that which manipulates  and   stresses  them--   and  a  unified  radical  resolution.

           Black people in America seem simply too psychologically maimed and reversed to recover the spirit of self-generated social organization, or nation building, lost to the very people that invented it. The pain from which this book cometh, its purpose, is not only for my Black people but,  in  the   deepest  sincerity,  to  all   of  the  wretched  of   this   Earth struggling because of the elite, bourgeoisie and aspiring bourgeoisie  elements  of  their  respective nations opt  to determinedly maintain a status quo, from which they themselves predominately benefit. Such is the pith of the plight of Black America— and a profound absence of visionary leadership.

           In preparation for this book, in extensive review, research and contemplation of economics-- its mechanics, it politics, and mainly its morality-clinical information regarding structured alternatives to the so called free market  system  is limited. To the European economist, the study of economics “is” the study of Capitalism--  the two having become virtually synonymous (“classical” Smith, Ricardo, Mill, Keynes).
