Tears drowned my pillows as I lay, my spirit cries out, even in the light
of day. When will my prayers be answered? My heart prayed, my soul
was touched, when GOD said; “This is the Day”.
Let your rain fall on me that mine eyes will be opened and full of light
to see, cleanse my heart from all hidden sins, fill me with your Holy Spirit
once again.
When I am Comforted, it’s you Lord, let your peace rain within me,
that my soul may rejoice ever more.

About the Author
Camille Pollard is a writer and upcoming songstress; she resides in Alanta Georgia also known as the peach state and has a Caribbean background. Her expressions come from deep within and are also inspired by her husband and their three children. This is her debut publication; however she has been writing and journalizing for the last year. She uses writing in her spare time to build her communication link with God, which is now about to be shared with the wider world.
