Rachel first developed Post-Natal Depression within days of having her daughter and was totally unprepared for how it would transform her life and the lives of the people closest to her.
It took Rachel over two years to fully recover from Post-Natal Depression and writing this story of her suffering helped her finally beat the strangers that had quite literally enterted her mind.
