About the Book
Frank doesn't consider himself to be a thief. He likes to think that his habit of finding things and keeping them in a box under his bed, is a sort of finder's keepers game.
But then one day he finds a mobile phone. This is no ordinary phone. This is evidence in the case of the children who have disappeared and some people will do anything to get their hands on it.
Who is the dark shadow lurking behind the wardrobe? And who takes Frank away in the middle of the night to a strange courtroom where the jury is kids out of his class. Then again who spirits away his sister Rosie in a peculiar flying machine? And what sinister experiment is going on in the laboratory on the island?
Between being left on the island with a weird woman and even weirder kids, driving a speed boat and being chased by a man with a gun, life for Frank and Rosie is certainly not boring. Life threatening – you better believe it. But boring – no way!
