About the Book
The rhythms and sounds of old thoughts in new settings have added to the meaning of experiences, some real, some dreamed, some a mix. All are from a brain subjected to waves of different kinds—magnetic resonance and nostalgic, a surrounding ocean, a childhood river.
About the Author
John E. Simonds is a retired Honolulu daily newspaper editor who has lived with his family in Hawai'i for more than 30 years. He is a Bowdoin graduate and former east coast resident who has written for daily newspapers from Washington, D.C., and other points. He has written verse since the 1970s and in recent years has begun publishing some of it.
