"This sandwich is going to be down, when I throw it on the ground and kick it under the car", I thought. " Mommy, do you know how to make another kind of sandwich, because you make peanut butter and jelly sandwich too many days? You are the best peanut butter and jelly sandwich maker ever, but you make them too many days." " Mommy smiled, gave me a kiss, a hug, and said, "Have a nice day at school."

About the Book
Lunchroom Delight is a book dedicated to her nephew, Rahkeem Pinder. The character in the book has grown bored with the mundane tasteless sandwich that his mother is notorious for making daily for lunch. Later, he finally musters up the confidence to request another type of sandwich after avoiding eating the dreadful sandwich entirely.
About the Author
Sharhonda has acquired a love for writing since her childhood years during middle school. She has expanded her creativity and tunneled her ideas into the form of entertaining children through written words. As an educator for more than a decade, her love of writing has manifested into an obsession. Sharhonda's purpose for writing children's books is to capture the interests of an young audience while motivating them to become life long readers.
