About the Book

The book is a 6 step programme specifically designed to guide the reader to: 1. Identify their life purpose 2. Live a balanced life in all seven areas of their life 3. Achieve and accomplish their desired goals in each of the seven areas The book is an amalgamation of some of the research and studies of the top individuals in history, from ancient Chinese and Indian practices to the forefront of modern day neuro-scientific research and peak performance techniques and strategies. Cutting through the plethora of self help, motivational and personal development literature, it presents only the strategies and techniques that have been proven to work time and time again. Drawing from the fields of quantum physics, biochemistry, neuroscience, psychology, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, philosophy, spirituality, cosmology and theology it is well researched, comprehensive, practical and surprisingly accessible for readers at all levels. About the Author

Randeesh is a successful entrepreneur, investor, life coach and author who’s primary passion in life is inspiring others to “live their lives loving what they do and doing what they love”. Randeesh has written previously for various investment magazines and newspapers, and 2009 will see the release of his first book: “The Meaningful Life – How to Live the Life You Love & Love the Life You Live”.

After graduating from Warwick University with a degree in Mathematics, Randeesh embarked on a career that spanned the actuarial, fund management and investment banking professions. In 2002 Randeesh co-founded the real estate investment company Urban Exposure Ltd, which quickly grew from a two-man organisation to 3 people, then 4, and so on until within 6 years the company was a global investment and development company with offices in four different countries and development turnover in excess of $500 million (see www.urbanexposureuk.com).

However, in 2007 Randeesh was suddenly struck down with a debilitating and near fatal illness. Diagnosed with severe, acute, necrotising pancreatitis, at one stage doctors gave his chances of survival at less than 20%. Only several months of hospitalisation, with round the clock monitoring from a team of doctors and nurses, saved his life. Being so crudely reminded of his own mortality, Randeesh dedicated his new lease in life to not only living his own life to the fullest, but devoting his time to inspiring as many other people as he could to do the same with their lives.

Today, in addition to Urban Exposure, Randeesh spends his time consulting and advising both individuals and businesses on how to fulfil their maximum potential. Randeesh is an advisor to, and on the Board of, a number of other companies.
