Each session invites you to a new experience of yourself and a new perception of the world through forgiving your old ideas and false beliefs! These habitual beliefs, blocks to present awareness, blocks to the illusionary source of sadness, isolation and many forms of suffering, must be confronted if our lives are to be changed.
Welcome! This is a new time! This is a new place! This is a new "you"! Leave your pains and miseries at the door!
This is here and now. You spring forward into a new time. You begin to have experiences you haven't had before.
Declare it! You are the "course"! This is your transformation! The time is now! Healing doesn't "do" anything. You don't "do" anything.
Release the past references in your mind. Release your thoughts. Release the grievances, the concepts, the images. This is your personal transformation. This is your personal acceptance and acknowledgment. Declare the truth. "I am as God created me!" "I am an alien here!"—alien to this belief in separation from God, Wholeness, and alien to the habitual thought system of a lost, separate, split-mind! Here and now is my salvation!
The miracle is present through the grace of God. You don't "do" anything. The miracle is present through the reasonableness of "you." The miracle is present through the reasonableness of quantum! Come into a new world!
All you can really experience is now! The miracle is all around you! God is all around you! There is a new world! Just step into it!
This is the science of quantum, the psychology of perfection, the philosophy of singularity—of Wholeness—and the Truth of One Mind, God, Reality!
We can do it with, or without, the Christian vernacular.
You are not from "here"—from separation thoughts.
There is no world of conflict, of pain, of sickness and death.
"Behold, I show you a miracle! You shall be changed in the twinkling of an eye!” [New Testament]
Release your false identity! Release your concepts! Don't ever establish in them. Resurrection is continual. It's now. It’s spontaneous, if you let it. Don't hold on to anything, to any idea, image, thought, concept, or belief in your mind. Let it all go—and "Let God."…

About the Author
“Who am I? What is my real purpose here?” These questions sent me on a spiritual quest that included both Eastern and Western spiritual traditions and, many experiences later, placed in my hands the remarkable program of transformation, A Course in Miracles. Eventually, I was led to a spiritual academy focused primarily on the Course teachings, where I began to write down free-flowing memories of the spirited sessions that energized my awakening. This student notebook became Ask Not the Sparrow, which may startle, confront and challenge the mind that already thinks it knows something. Its sessions offer a way out of our human confusion and suffering.
Earlier in my spiritual journey, I landed for a time in a place of utter peace and received a kind of inner dictation of simplified Miracles messages “for ordinary people.” I typed out five book-length messages in a year’s time, including “Miracles and Messengers” (published) and “The Miracle Teachings of a Guide, Compassion, Peace and Love” (as yet unpublished). Life continues to be a moment-to-moment awakening and an ever-unfolding field of unlimited possibilities!
