About the Author

Drucilla Karim was born in Trinidad, West Indies, where her education thrived from childhood to adulthood.  She later migrated to the United States of America where she made her second home, and where she achieved her G.E.D., Diploma in Journalism and Short Story Writing (International Correspondence School), Diploma in Writing for Children and Teenagers (at the Institute of Children’s Literature) and her Certificate in HHA Care from the State of New York.  In addition, while in New York she hosted two television shows, was a wedding coordinator, a proprietress and a florist.  She has dedicated her life to the care and welfare of children in Trinidad and Tobago, New York and Florida.  She currently has an anthology of romantic poems in the works, as well as a compilation of children stories.  She lives with her family and works in Orlando, Florida.
