Children are born of a mother’s love and also the love of the mother who cannot bear children; theirs is a special place in the world. Zachary's Story tells of how one mother explains why her son is adopted giving him power and control over his life.

The author Marci Bridgeford has much experience in adoption, whether it is adopting animals, friends or children and believes that we all have a predetermined path that allows us to find each other.
