About the Book

An astonishing revelation, unveiling the darkest and unexplored corners of a human mind. A true story of a woman, trusting her inner voice and plunging into the unknown, in the course of her arduous journey from a small town to Delhi and finally to United States. An eye opener for those who fall in the rut in search of happiness, without having a clue where to find it. A heart rending story of a woman who refused to accept the 'rules' as a result of which her whole life turned into a dreadful war against the mundane and materialistic world on one hand and the supernatural forces, on the other.
A stimulating and a thought provoking story of a woman torn between extreme love and hate, success and failures, and revenge and forgiveness.
It is an astounding projection of, the effect of our past life actions on our existing lives and, the power which a human mind possesses to trespass its permissible limits and transcend into the buried and long since forgotten past. What happens when the memory from the previous life comes back and starts haunting? Could it be used as a tool to attain spiritual consciousness and to reconnect with our 'Higher self'?
A shocking and insightful narration of real life incidents, revealing the ways, in which 'Destiny' could sometimes be interfered with and, to some extent, altered, with the help of  our 'Karma'.

About the Author

The author has spent almost twenty years in the field of 'law' and freelance writing. Her experience as a legal practitioner, for almost two decades, helped her to gain insight in to the complexities of a human mind, and the diverse behavioral patterns which a person exhibits when exposed to different set of situations. Her intensive study on this subject inspired her to write about human relationships and the problems encountered, when two people decide to live in a relationship.
She feels that her writing skills devolved on her by way of natural inheritance from her father who himself had authored five books, majorly focusing on the political scenario of Kashmir & Ladakh (India) and Pakistan; needless to say that she has had  journalists in her family for over three generations.
The author has spent a major part of her life, counseling married couples and, helping children and young adults to deal with their traumatic situations and lead better and healthier lives.
Besides having worked as a lecturer in the law faculty (Delhi University) and as a legal consultant for various private and public undertakings, for more than a decade, in India, she has had the privilege of working in close coordination with city & state agencies as a liaison executive for various corporations in the state of New York.
She has been actively involved in the projects carried out by the  Rotary (India) for the upliftment of the underprivileged and has also been propagating the 'save environment' campaigns in and around Delhi (www.waterharvesters.com). The campaigns focused on creating awareness about the hazards of depletion of ground water and the importance of water augmentation through water harvesting techniques. She strongly believes in giving back to the Nature, all that is taken from it.
