About the Book
Nehemiah The Postman: Journey Through the Alphabet is an educational book for pre-kindergarten and kindergarten children. This book is written to help children identify the letters of the alphabet and teach them to relate and associte each letter to words. Nehemiah take the children on a journey through the alphabet by playing a special called "Postman".
About the Author
Merryann Jenkins was born and grew up in Belize. She taught primary school for more that six years in her native country before moving to the United States. Merryann is married and has two daughters. She has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services and a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College. Merrryann has been an Early Childhood Educator for more than eighteen years and believes that children are tomorrow's future and that loving, nurturing and teaching them can help them become productive adults. Merryann was encouraged to publish "Nehemiah The Postman: Journey Through the Alphabet" by Gil Ontai and Nashona Seal, two of her college professors at Springfield College. Her passion for teaching children led her to write this book.
