About the Book
Iambia is a world parallel to our own made except it is made from recycled rubbish left over from the Big Bang by a rebellious young god still wearing 'L' plates. He only manages a flat square shift shaping world. When it becomes round, guess what? There's a problem with the garbage that the inhabitants usually tipped over the Edges. Men with their eyes on the profit to be made from them invent coloured wheelie bins. But the poor taxpayer eventually finds a very good use for them... Add to the mix a dysfunctional family with a teenager equally as rebellious as the young god.
About the Author
Born in Hertfordshire in a year I’m not going to mention, I have led an unassuming life as a Secretary . After a working life of typing up dictated letters, I decided to write stuff of my own. This entailed a lot of dishes left in cold washing up water - until I bought a dishwasher. I am a successful short story writer and the leader of a small writing group. I like to escape in my writing and hope my readers enjoy the same experience.
