Captain James G. Normand is a U.S. Merchant Marine Officer and holds a “Master of Towing Vessel” License. He has served on vessels at sea and inland waters for over 30 years. He lives with his wife Diane in Robert, Louisiana. They have 5 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
