An Apple for Rose

All of our lives we experience change. One of the most exciting changes is having new friends and relatives come into our lives. Rose is a little girl who learns that change can be good and that those who truly love us will always be there for us.

Jim Bryant, the author, is the father of two grown children and three grandchildren. "An Apple for Rose" is based on a story told to him by his grandmother when he was a child.

 

Carolyn Lindsay, the multi-talented illustrator, is a well-known East Texas artist. Her talent and willingness to collaborate on this book have been an inspiration.
