About the Author

I have made cakes for as long as I can remember, baking days with my Grandma, most memorably Vienese biscuits dunked in chocolate, with a choclate coconut drop cake made from all the chocolate dribbles.  So this is a collection of traditional to the bizzare, tried out on willing, but sometimes unsuspecting guinnea piglets.  My wish is that you have a go and enjoys your results. x Dawn
