Henry To The Rescue

About the Book

'Henry to the Rescue' is the first of a series of books linking the work of the police force with that of education. The books contain exciting stories, introducing the children to characters such as 'Constable Colin' and 'Henry helicopter'. The books contain a moral and also link with areas of the curriculum, making them a useful teaching tool.

Each book introduces the children to an aspect of police work, and this is done through a story. Illustrations are simple but life like, and portray exciting aspects of the story. My main aim of the books is to make children aware of the work of the police force, and to let them see that the police are their friends and that we should all work together.

I hope you enjoy reading the book as much as I enjoyed writing it.
