The Forbidden Mountains is a harsh and tretcherous place. There is not much level ground there, so the people that go, must be good climbers. Timjin and Moknola have climbed for two days amoung the rocks. They have finally reached the top of the mountain and have found some level ground. They also see many hollows in the rock face that lie above them.
TIMJIN- Finally, some level ground. I'm dreading that climb back down though.
MOKNOLA- That wasn't so bad, I have enough energy to do that all again, right now!
A tired looking Timjin who is ghasping for air and has his hands on his knees, just laughs at the thought of doing all that climbing again. Moknola still looks as fit as a fiddle. She is anxious to continue on with her journey as she walks ahead of Timjin slightly.
Moknola realises that there is a lot of plantation where they are. As the Forbidden Mountains are thought to be full of mountain range with no life, the view of plants and trees have made Moknola more hopeful in finding inteligent life here, as well as the medallion.
The two travel for a few more minutes. They are then distracted by the sound of sobbing, coming from some bushes. Moknola's curiosity has now gotten the best of her. She decides to walk over, so that she can find out what the noise is. She sees a very small girl with wings. The young girl is crying. As Moknola approaches her, the girl tries to gain some distance from Moknola, as she puts up one of her wings to protect herself. Moknola stretches out her hand as she speaks softly to the girl. She approaches the girl very slowly. As she is near her, she gently grabs her hand then picks her up. As the girl gets up, she begins to hop on her right leg.
MOKNOLA- How did you hurt your leg?
WINGED GIRL- I hurt myself while I was flying. As I was flying, I hit some rocks then landed here.
Both Timjin and Moknola realise that for the girl to take flight, she must run before she takes off. So the poor girl couldn't fly anywhere.
TIMJIN- Does anybody know that you are here?
WINGED GIRL- I decided to travel alone for a while. Everybody must be worried sick!
MOKNOLA- Can you tell us where you want to go?
The young girl points up to a hollow, high up on the peaks, of one of the mountains. The winged girl only looks about six years old, so Timjin wraps her up in cloth and decides to carry her.
As they travel, Moknola turns her head around and spots a winged man swooping towards them from behind. Moknola brings out her Broadsword as she is ready to swing at the creature if he gets too near.
