Weekly Coaching Page 132 You and your spouse should work on creating an excellent atmosphere in your home, so that your home is one of the best and safest places; a lifeline that you can cling to to increase peace and joy, a place where you are able to de-stress and get away from the not so great things and people in your day. Your home should be your castle, your hiding place and sanctuary. It should be a place for rejuvenation; make your home your spa away from the spa. Let yourself be these things for your mate and children, as well. Take time out every day to de-brief, so that you can prevent burnout. Choose to encourage yourself for improving the quality of your marriage/relationship and thus, refining the quality of your life. Life is about choices. So choose to love yourself and others; choose to be happy and to have integrity; choose peace and excellence. These things will only help you to reach your goals and to live the life you dream of.
