Sometimes life smiled kindly on us undateables, or so it seemed. This didn’t mean that my chest suddenly expanded and dates were now everywhere I looked, but after I left high school, I began enjoying the party scene. For me this meant lots and lots of dancing. Now don’t picture in your mind Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Gray in Dirty Dancing because that is definitely not the way my life was meant to be played out. I did, however, became an expert at dancing in a large group of girls and absolutely loved it, and at the nightclubs it seemed that just being female was usually enough to ensure a male dance partner, if only for a short time.
Fast dances were great, but then the real test of courage arose. For those of average birth, the slow dance was something to be enjoyed with no fears being harbored in the back of your mind, but let’s take a minute shall we to focus on the pain endured by many chest enhancement hopefuls. Why pain you may ask? Picture the moment when the slow dance comes on and you are the one chosen for the dance. You lean in close to that cute guy you’re dancing with and you put your arms around each other. Remember that? Well, I probably remember it quite differently than you. With no bust to speak of, there was nothing to stop an embarrassing situation from happening. When our bodies touched, at the moment when most men felt the pleasure of their partner’s bosom pressing up against their chest, I had to be sucking in my gut so that it didn’t rub up against the washboard stomach of my partner. Slow dances just weren’t enjoyable when all I was thinking about was how great it would be to let out my stomach and be able to breathe again.

My name is L.B. Parr and I have small boobs !
That's the way we would start the meetings at my support group, except there is no support group for people like me. If you're in the same boat, and there isn't enough of you in the right places to fill a bigger bra size, then you know all too well that you're on your own. This is my story of how small boobs have gotten in the way (figuratively, of course), and how I've come to terms with Life in a B-Cup.

About the Author
L.B. Parr has led a charmed, yet challenging life. She grew up on a farm in a family of 9 children, so there was always something exciting happening. Her chosen profession led her to work overseas for a time, and when she returned home, she had a husband in tow. They now have 2 children, and in the course of reading bedtime stories to them, she became inspired to write down some of her own tales.
