About the Book

Life is not reasonable. Death, however is. And this is why death is so easily chosen, because it is so easily taught, bought and sold. Within a collection of thirty-three sets of poems is told the modern story of the very real struggle between these forces as it is battled out in the everyday lives of men, women, boys and girls, all created to be extraordinary but  informed by a culture of death to be reasonable, rational and practical. So this story is ours, and it is the articulation of the very substantial solidity of our humanity and the consequent substantiation of our innate divinity.
