About the Book

The subject of abortion is a deeply guarded secret. Abortion is something people rarely share with others. Abortion is guarded by silence and even shame. As you read through the lives of these dear women, please keep an open mind to the grief and sorrow that remained in the heart and life of those who went through such an act of abortion, and may God give you the courage to say no to abortion. An abortion is the removal or expulsion of the fetus or an embryo from the uterus before the twenty-eighth week of the pregnancy, resulting in its death. This can occur spontaneously as a “miscarriage” or be artificially induced by surgery or other means.

About the Author

I was born January 15, 1960. My parents had very little to live there on. I was adopted at about seven or eight years old. I only understood how heartbroken my mother was in giving me up to her cousin after giving birth to my very own child. The adoption lasted for four years; I was then sent back home to my mother. Being unable to attend school, as I should, I stayed home to help with my younger brothers and sisters while my mother went to work doing little jobs around the village. At the age of fourteen, I had to leave home for work. This job gave me the opportunity to help financially with the twenty-eight dollars that I received, which went directly to my parents. I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my savior and Lord, next to this big old bed, after listening to a radio program with the late pastor G. D. Huggins. This program was heard from a radio station that was situated on the island of St Kitts. The program normally came on at eight o’clock every morning from Monday through Friday. It was Pastor Huggins who sent me my very first Bible; no wonder it was while reading the Bible, which was given to me by pastor G. D. Huggins, that I got convinced of the truth, that Jesus Christ of Nazareth died to save me from my sins. It was the (b) part of Acts 2:38 that made that big difference for me. I took some theological classes, which helped me, better serve the Lord and help with the planting of three sister churches of the Miracle Temple church, where I served. My favorite hobby is singing, though I do not sing very well.
