Chapter 2 - Powerful Love (Introduction) To have a true Institution of Marriage we have to understand love. Love is a beautiful word that comes from God Himself. We can see this continually throughout the Word of God. But, in today’s world the word “love” has become so watered down that we have lost the word’s true meaning. Man defines “love“ as an intense feeling of deep affection, a deep romantic or sexual attraction to someone. Love is much more than that. It is the most powerful feeling we have and it is also the most abused feeling. If love was used the way God intended we could live in a most beautiful world. But, here again we can see Satan hard at work destroying everything in his path so that we stay confused. We as Christians have the most perfect love in our lives. We need to understand and tap into and use this love to enjoy everything God has in store for us. In the Greek language there are three words for love, “agape, phileo and eros.” This is what we believe God had intended with the action of love. If we could truly understand these three Greek words in there fullness, then we could have somewhat of an understanding of God’s heart. Chapter 6 - The Beautiful Marriage - The Romance (Introduction) Sex is an awesome gift that comes from God. Sex is one of the most important factors in a marriage. If one or the both of you does not perform the way you should in the bedroom then it is highly likely that there will be an affair outside of the marriage. When the bedroom heat is not being turned up either one or both of you will possibly seek the heat with someone else. This is why it is so imperative to keep each other sexually satisfied in the marriage. We all know that sex can become monotonous and/or mundane, but sex is at the same time a much needed action in a marriage. So, what do you do to spice up the romantic heat? These are just some examples that we suggest.

About the Author
Misty was born in 1972 and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. Her mom raised her due to her parents divorced when she was four years old. It was a difficult time for her being that her mom hated her father and men in general. She did not spend much time with her dad while she was growing up. After we were married she reunited with her dad and we were able to have a three year relationship with him. He passed away with pancreatic cancer in 1999. Also, in 2004 her mom passed away as well with Hodgkin’s Disease. Misty was born and raised in the Catholic Church and after we were married was converted to Pentecostal Holiness. Matthew was born in 1969 and raised in Orlando, FL. His parents were married in 1967 and have been married for forty years. His dad is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Holiness Church. His mom has a Bible Teaching Degree from the International Seminary in Mount Plymouth, FL. They are still with us today. He joined the United States Navy in 1988 and was stationed in Norfolk, VA. This is where we met in August of 1991. Matthew was born into the Free Methodist Church and for a short time attended an Advent Christian Church and an Assemblies of God. At the age of 7 his parents joined a Pentecostal Holiness Church at which he spent the rest of his time until he joined the military. We now attend a non-denominated Church and our belief now is the entire Word of God not the basis of different denominations. We have been married since May 2nd of 1992 and now have 4 beautiful children.
