About the Book

Self-confrontation, Self-discovery, Self-authenticity, and Leadership, is a book that challenges, encourages, and guides one in a twofold journey of self and self leadership transformation and transcendence. Through a gradual expose of common sense classical and modern leadership theories, the motivational theories and insights from spiritual psychology, it takes one into a deep journey of self, involving the physical, the rational, the psychological and the spiritual. Then, layer by layer the book accompanies the reader in a holistic and integrative personal leadership journey of self-transformation and self-authenticity. At the end, the reader is empowered as the self-liberator. With a description personal enneagram profile of past exemplary leaders, Self-cofrontation, self-discovery, self-authenticity, and leadership presents the pathway to integrative and authentic discovery of self and good leadership as those which are subsistent in their processes. Good leaders become by holistically, consistently and authentically striving to be.
