Penny Luna has been a Sweat Lodge Leader, Drum Maker, Pipe Carrier, and a Womyn’s Circle facilitator for over a decade. A life time student of discovering Mystical and Spiritual truths she has studied, and participated in, a variety of beliefs and rituals from many different cultures, including the Mystical Science of Kriya Yoga. Discovering Yoga, and the importance of a healthy, balanced body in the pursuit of Bliss, she became a Yoga Instructor. Penny has dedicated her life to helping others become balanced, blissful beings. Blending Native Spirituality, Christianity, and Yoga, Penny has taught countless classes and workshops on healing the body, mind and spirit through self-reflection, meditation, ceremony and yoga practices.
