Hershel The Dog

    Rik was born  in Dedham, Mass.  His early art experience  was  as a stained  glass artist.  His windows are in churches and  homes throughout New England. 

     In 1990 Rik arrived on Maui. He was impress by the vibrancy of  life and the colors in Hawaii, and began to  paint  the lush vegetation,  brilliant flowers  and the  majestic vistas which  he found.

His work is displayed in many galleries on Maui and on his web site
