I could remember this little girl sniffling and crying while sitting on her mother's lapp, trying to get her kincky,thick brown-hair combed and when it was all over, she was the cuttest thing with pigtails and barrettes all around in her hair but it was not just the pigtails that I rememberd but of growing in "Poverty" in a place called South Road, of Queens, New York. I remember the many different foster-homes and the door's, that I along with my 2 other sibblings, had to experince back in the 1980's....some were good...and some were bad...enter into the world of a 6 year who will take you back in time...
