But Freddie’s father wouldn’t let him go.

G.M. Ferrari has a wonderful way of seeing this complicated world through the eyes of a child. She tells a beautiful rhyming story that also gives your child a message about life. She simplifies, what seems to be, hard to "explain" issues to your child(ren). She is a mother of two and a grandmother of one. A close knit family is what provides the atmosphere for her to be able to write these amazing tales. G. M. Ferrari's own son is six years old at the time of this publication and he is who inspires her everyday and also who inspired her to wrtite this book.
