Joanne stared into his eyes and for the first time she saw something different in him. And when he gently put his hand on her face and kissed her lips she welcomed the touch. His lips were soft, warm.
Darius wasn't quite sure if he had done the right thing. She was so beautiful tonight with the moon shining on the thigh her sarong skirt exposed. As he kissed her he moved his hand slowly up her back and then down to her buttocks. Her skin was soft, yet firm. He did not know if she worked out but her body was tight. And as he moved his hand over her body Joanne moved closer to him. He started to lift his hands away but when she put her arms around his back and slowly ran her hands up his back it was too late. He wanted her and hoped that she wanted him too, even if it was just for tonight.
Joanne wasn't sure if it was the alcohol, the smell of his cologne or the feeling that was running through her body, but she wanted him. She couldn't remember the last time she felt this good, couldn't remember the last time she'd been touched. Or the last time she made love to her husband. "What am I doing? I never cheated on my husband before. Suppose he go back and tell somebody and my husband finds out. No this could ruin me, I have to stop," she pondered the thought.
Darius gently and slowly caressed her breast, staring straight into her eyes. Joanne did not move but he could tell she was thinking about something. "Let's keep this between us," he said as he continued to kiss her neck, her ears, her forehead, her nose and her lips.

About the Author
dDuchess was born in Trenton, New Jersey. She started writing short stories at the tender age of twelve for her family's reading pleasure. While raising two children she put her writing career on hold, but the passion continue to burn within until it became a flame she could no longer contain, pushing out her first novel "Her Husband's Keeper." She now resides in Willingboro, NJ with her husband and working on her second novel.
