About the Book

The book is about a Red Wagon overfilled with every toy and book that a child could ever imagine. The wagon appears and disappears from city to city and from state to state as well as all over the world. The toys and books inside the wagon are magical and allow a child to pick the one of their choice and make a wish on it. Their wish comes true and lasts for one hour. For that one hour, the child is in their desired fantasy world.

About the Author

I was the eldest of four children, born in Sacramento, CA. Before my 18th birthday, I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I spent the next four years, which included sixteen months in Vietnam.

I had been in Law Enforcement for over thirty years. During that time, I took classes at Solano CC in creative writing and completed coursework through the Literary Institute of Children’s Writing.

I have five poems published through Sparrowgrass Publishers, but I find that my true love is writing children’s stories. I have had three other books published and hope to continue writing children’s books for our young readers.

My wife Beverly and I have been married 42 years and have two children, Tonya and Richard, and two Grandchildren, Ashley and Megan.
