About the Book

The Oracles of Perception is the second book of three stories that provides a synthesis of Shotokan Karate-do ethos, mystical adventure, and love. It is a lesson in the triumph of justice over the unjust through the persistence of mind, body, and spirit.  From the first book, etched with historical Japanese culture and guided imagery, a setting for the second book projects two young adults into a surreal search for answers in modern Japan and America. Interwoven in the moments of drama is a tour through the two countries that continues to excite the senses of imagination.
