Anthills of despair is a collection of somewhat dark poems that are insights to my thoughts of an emotional journey through a womans life.

The poems are based on true life experiences that have profoundly affected my spiritual development and personal relationships.

Themes of faith, hope, despair and reason are all captured in this collection, leaving the reader with a sense of futility at struggling with your destiny.

About the Author

Ngozi Ezeigwe Fakeye is a corporate comunications professional and 2007 Critics Choice Award winner for her poem 'My Journey'.

Ngozi is a Nigerian international living with her family in the  picturesque Royal County of Berkshire.

She is an avid activist for sociall equity and development and passionate about her social enterprise www.sisterspeak.org which offers opportunities for  young adults in Nigeria.

Ngozi's attitude to life is 'live the best life you can, because no one will live out your destiny but you'.
