About the Book

 What would you do if you were asked to save the world from an evil... butterfly? Probably laugh right? Well that's what twelve-year-old Sam did when a team of animal people asked. What she didn't know was that her life was about to change forever. The team that recruits her is called the Pet Squad, and they just happen to be several of Sam's former teachers. She is given the power of the Cat Princess Warrior to help fight this menace that threatens the world. Things get all out of whack when this villain who goes by the name of Madam Butterfly unleashes her most horrible creatures. But with the help of a few new friends things get evened out a little. Just as things are starting to go their way Madam Butterfly and her goons go through a portal, leading to a whole new world. One where everyone is either a dog or cat person. They have the whole ears and tail thing too. As things progress secrets are revealed that leave a bit of a rift between Sam and Kyle, one of her new friends. Their feelings for each other develop into something more than just friends. Madam Butterfly's anger begins to boil over, and she's willing to destroy anthing in sight including innocent people. This story is about teamwork, love, friendship, courage, bravery, and unbelievable heart. Will the Cat Princess Warrior and her team defeat Madam Butterfly? Can they overcome the challenges that get in their way. Most importantly can they survive the ATTACK? 

About the Author

My name is Samantha, but my friends call me Sammie. I am fourteen years old. I am a freshman in high school.  I am a typical teenager, with attitude. My favorite color is pink, and I love cats. I started writing this book back in seventh grade, but I started writing books in fifth grade. I play field hockey, and I am a total bookworm. Reading, Writing, and drawing are my passions.  Aside from swimming of course. Basically I am a nerd.
