THE UNFINISHED ME
God see something beautiful in the unfinished me. More than the average eye can see. God see something beautiful in the unfinished me. Something worth restoring, yeah that's me. God see something beautiful in the unfinished me, that's why he died on Calvary.
WAR
Fighting all day and all night, graveyards opening doors from site to site. Families at home grieving and in pain. Mothers and fathers feeling as if they're going insane. Soliders going to war not knowing what's in store, politicians don't even know what they are fighting for. They come to our churches and sing and pray and the last time you'll see them is on election day, but as we sit at home and pray maybe they will remember to send them home someday.

Peggy L. Mull is a Mississippi native who now resides in Dumfries Virginia. She is the mother of two beautiful girls. She received a BA in Political Science at Rust College in Holly Springs Mississippi. This is her first selections of poems.
