About the Author

Stephanie is a  proverbs 31 woman, empowered by the life of God to raise 4 children, while being a supportive family, church and community member. She has the passion to help people  to regain the prospect of living a more fulfilling life. Her love and talent for culinary delights has trickled into her writing, which translates into recipes for transforming the soul into delicious living through the spiritual bond in a personal walk with Christ.
