1- God’s First Three Appearances
In this chapter you will learn the basic fundamentals of the true understanding about tithing, or committing a tenth of your income to the church and to God in the name of Jesus Christ. God appeared more than three times and made more than four promises to Abram (Abraham) in scriptures, but the first three appearances and the first four promises are the most crucial in understanding the truth about tithing. Let see what Scripture says about that.
God’s first appearance with a command and two promises to Abram
“Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed” (Genesis 12:1–3).
Genesis 12:1 was what God asked of Abram, although Genesis 12: 4–6 shows that Abram didn’t do exactly what God had told him to do. But most importantly, Abram left his country and headed to the place God wanted him to travel to.
Genesis 12: 2 is the first promise God made to bless Abram.
Genesis 12:3 is the second promise God made to Abram. This is a very important promise you have never heard the truth about.
Those two promises have a straight connection to Genesis12:1. If Abram obeyed Genesis12:1, God would fulfill Genesis12:2–3 in Abram’s lifetime.
God’s second appearance and the third promise to Abram:
After Abram arrived in the
“And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him” (Genesis 12:7).

About the Book
I wrote this book so that every man and woman, whether a
believer or a nonbeliever, might come to the accurate knowledge of the true
Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In this book you will surely come to the knowledge of why
you are not required to commit a tenth of your income to God according to the
Law of Moses, and you will definitely learn the differences between the Ten
Commandments and the Law of Moses. You will also learn how to give and how to
help one another based on the true word of God through Jesus Christ and the
Apostle Paul. I will accomplish this in this book by showing you in Scriptures
how the true Gospel of Jesus Christ must be preached.
My brothers and sisters, this book is not about me; who am
I? It’s not about you; who are you? It’s not about the pulpit and the people in
the pews; what are they?
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God…”
(Romans 3:23).
All in the context
of the above line of Scripture means everyone from Adam until the return of our
savior, Jesus Christ, the son of the living God.
This book in its
entirety is the beginning of what Jesus Christ meant in John 16:12 when he said
the following to the Disciples: “I have yet
many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.”

The Gospel of Jesus Christ must be preached, and he is allowing me to bring to you the very beginning of it, because Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life, and he led me to know that for sure.
