About the Author
C.A. (a.k.a. Klinefelter) lives in Connecticut with her husband Will and two children, Rachel and Willie. They also live with their two Corgi's, Sadie and Gracie. Ms. Kline has worked for the State of Connecticut for nineteen years, where she has enjoyed working for people with disabilities.
Loving to read ghost stories herself, she thought it would be fun to write spooky stories that would captivate young readers. C.A. Kline wrote her first book of "The Fright Night Series: Elizabeth King And The Strange Things", while she was pregnant with her first child, Rachel. She had the help from her close friend and "ghost writer", Val Malone, who was very encouraging and helped name this book.
After receiving such positive feedback from the people who read her first book, she decided to go ahead and write the second book of "The Fright Night Series: It's In Your Closet!". Her beautiful niece, Madison, helped her name this book.
Ms. Kline was lucky to find a wonderful and very talented graphic artist, Kyle Roberts, to create the covers to "The Fright Night" books. Kyle illustrated the covers to the first two books and is presently working on the cover of the third book, "Mr. Peabody's Ghost".
Along with illustrator, Kyle Roberts, C.A. Kline is in the process of finishing "Mr. Peabody's Ghost", which will be released soon!
