About the Book
Our Love Story is about young love, different love, a love that can or cannot be built upon. It's set in the rural south, based around an interracial couple. Jerome loves his fast money and hood lifestyle while sweet Kara comes from a well to do family and is the polar opposite. When Kara gets hip to the lifestyle, will she remain at Jerome's side? Or will how he's living push her away for good? Our Love Story is about finding oneself at a pivotal age. It's about first loves, and last loves, and above and beyond anything else - forgiveness.
About the Author
Hayrane Harris has been writing since the age of 10, an urban writer, she is striving to follow her biggest dreams. Anything she writes pertains to the life she sees around her and the emotions emitted by the ones she loves; and EVERYTHING is truly inspiring to her. She is 26 years old, having published her first novel at the age of 19, still writing. She currently lives in small town Louisiana where her first novel was written after living in California and Colorado and travelling a great portion of the United States. She has completed her second novel and is on a mission to organize, edit, and publish her upcoming work.
