About the Book
Is a story of fiction of David McCloud who had it all, star running back at college, Helen prettiest cheerleader girlfriend.All NFL scouts wanted to sign him.With big contracts, high living everything Helen wanted out of life. And she made sure she was going to ride that gravy train. To her love came 2nd or even 3rd, what came 1st was the life style she could have.But helen was in for a big surprise.
When number 54 in a white jersey took David down with a blind side hit, they both were brought back to reality. After two knee operationsto try and correct the damage Thats when the big offers stopped coming in.
Helen realized the mistake she had made trapping him into marriage with a child.
David worked hard and finished in the top ten of his class.And got a nice job with one of the largest law firms of Masters & Fields. But that wasn't good enough for Helen. So she found other ways to enjoy herself.
David's life left alott to be desired, that is till a rainy night he met Susan davis in an elevator. Susan Davis also was a lawyer with the same firm.
Both their lives change once they entered in to that elevator and entered into a life of stolen moment's.
About the Author
Don Viera, born on Martha's Vineyard, Mass. Born into a family of 2 other brothers and three sisters. Moved off the island at the age of 5, grew up in North Fairhaven, Mass.
Served two years in the Army, stationedin Germany, Honorable Discharge. married, a father of 3, with a wife and 2 daughters and a son.7 grandchildren and 4 great grand children.
Has a passion for wood working, enjoys all sports,mostly enjoys telling stories to the grandchildren and watching them laugh. Enjoys low tide is where you'll find him to go and dig for Quahog's (hard shell clams)
Has written a few novels, as well as many children stories, still hoping to get published. also writes poetry having one published"No Matter TheTime"
His education is limited with n2 years of high school, started working at 16 full time to age 65m with only 2 years missing due to being in the service.
Everyone has a story to tell, I believe the stories I write are about everyday people, and I believe that who ever reads them will be able to relate to them in some way, shape or form, if nothing else at lest I hope they find them entertaining.
