The Beautiful Struggle is just that, a book telling the beautiful struggles of a young woman's journey on this planet Earth, finding her passion, finding her pain, and finding her relationship with God, the Creator of all. This is truly a good read and it can inspire and light the fire of your creative passion.  

About the Author

Tieranie Smith is from Jesup, Georgia. A small town 50+ miles outside of Savannah, Georgia. She has been writng poetry since the age of 14. In the beginning of her writings, her poetry was in the form of rap or hip hop. She is apart of the Hip Hop culture that started out with groups from "The SugarHill Gang" to "A Tribe called Quest", and Kurtis Blow, Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, and Salt 'n' Pepa to Jay Z, Nas, Common, Erykah Badu just to name a few. Tieranie is a hairstylist and has been for 18 years. She also designs clothes and create clothes as a hobby even though she has a degree in Fashion Design. Tieranie loves to draw as well. She loves to perform whether it is through singing or spoken word. She has been a spoken word artist for about 8yrs. Tieranie Smith is a very creative individual who loves the arts. She also loves to be invovled in her community and with the youth of her community and surrounding areas, teaching them the importance of art. She believes that we all can be anything we desire to be if only we believe and know that it can only happen with God being our first priority.
